Trinity Basin Preparatory, Inc. Mesquite Campus is seeking an Instructional Aide to support classroom learning for students from the 26-27 school year.

Under supervision of the Principal, you will assist with instruction, assessments, and activity planning to help students grow academically and socially. The role requires a High School diploma, Educational Aide certification, and strong collaboration with teachers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of constituents or employees.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office for communications and records.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare instructional activities, materials, learning centers, and assessments.
• Provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one instruction in various settings.
• Monitor progress and maintain student data and reports.
• Collaborate with teachers to create a conducive learning environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and participate in staff development.
