QUALIFICATIONS

• 1. At least one of the following:
• a. Completion of 48 semester or 60 quarter hours at an institution of higher education
• b. Associates Degree or higher
• c. Level 3 WorkKeys in Applied Math, Workplace Documents, and Business Writing
• 2. Knowledge and ability to assist in instruction in general education and special education as verified by a rigorous state or local assessment
• 3. Previous experience preferred
• 4. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• 5. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
• 6. Employment pending acceptable background check
