Job summary

Foundation Academy of Mansfield in Mansfield, OH, part of ACCEL Schools, is hiring an Instructional Aide. You will assist teachers, support student activities, and help maintain classroom climate in EK-8 settings.

Role requires an associate degree or equivalent, MS Office proficiency, and ability to handle confidential information with effective communication. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with benefits and growth opportunities within ACCEL Schools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of college coursework or passing the Paraprofessional's Exam.
• Proficiency in MS Office and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage confidential information and meet educational standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Teacher with classroom activities and promote positive student behavior.
• Support lessons and plan activities as directed by the Teacher and School Leader.
• Assist with school activities, parent nights, meetings, assemblies and field trips.
• Perform clerical duties such as grading and photocopying.
• Support the Teacher in the use of classroom technology and maintain cleanliness.
