Description: Instructional Aide - Paraprofessional, .375 FTE
Job Summary: The IA Paraprofessional provides instructional, clerical, and supervisory support in the classroom setting under the direction of certified teachers and building administrators.
This role assists in classroom operations, student engagement, materials preparation, and non-instructional supervision to promote a well-managed, inclusive learning environment.
The paraprofessional ensures students have equitable access to instructional content, supports school-wide events and activities, and upholds district standards for safety, confidentiality, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Working Conditions: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week and 184 days per school year calendar.
Per current Lakota salary schedule starting at $18.99 per hour, based on verified experience.
