Job Description

Assist classroom teachers and monitor lunch/recess periods as assigned.

Terms of Employment

• Start date: Approximately September 2nd, ending around 12/1/25
• Conditional upon approval by Board of Education and criminal background check
• Mansfield Township Education Association contract applies

Hours and Compensation

Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

Pay rate: $16.15/hour, with additional pay for higher education degrees and certifications as per current collective bargaining agreement:

• Associate Degree: +$1.00
• Bachelor’s Degree: +$1.50
• Teaching Certificate: +$3.50
