• Assist students with learning challenges under supervision.
• Aide in implementing instructional plans and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and medical assistance per plan.
• Support instructional activities for small groups or individual students.
• Attend trainings and meetings (CPR/First Aid).
• Communicate with staff about student progress and IEP goals.
• Implement behavior plans (BIP) and reinforcement systems.
• Maintain organised records and instructional materials.
• Supervise students during lunch, bus stops, and field trips.
• Operate instructional equipment and assistive technology.
• Review student learning with teachers and provide feedback.
• Adhere to school policies and attendance requirements.
• Perform other duties to support classroom operations.
