Job summary

The Fedcap Group in New Jersey is seeking an instructional aide to support lead teachers in a dynamic classroom setting. You will supervise students, assist with small groups, and help prepare teaching materials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take attendance and monitor student safety.
• Supervise students when the lead teachers are otherwise occupied.
• Work with small groups on targeted skill sets or projects.
• Provide extra assistance for students struggling with material.
• Prepare and grade assignments; enter grades into online grade books.
• Print teaching materials and prepare classroom supplies.
• Escort students to various classes and supervise bus duty or drop-off/pick-up.
