Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent educational experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Clear background check (BCI/FBI) required.
• Strong communication and organization abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience in a school setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups.
• Help plan classroom activities and support parent relations.
• Assist with school activities such as meetings, assemblies, and field trips.
• Perform clerical duties including grading papers and copying.
• Assist the Teacher in the use of classroom technology.
• Help maintain cleanliness of classroom and lunchroom.
• Uphold the school's philosophy and policies.
• Other duties as assigned, including duties and field trips.
