Job summary

Amplify Education, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Instructional Aide at Ashley Elementary to support classroom instruction up to 29.5 hours per week under a voucher position.

The role requires 18+, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and adherence to district expectations, including assisting with education, data collection, and student well-being.

This position does not include benefits. Applicants will work closely with staff to foster a safe learning environment and contribute to student growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate's degree or 48 semester hours of college credit, or ParaPro test passed.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the education of assigned students.
• Create a flexible program and class environment favorable for learning and personal growth.
• Relate positively with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Assist with data collection.
• Assist with recess and/or bus duty as needed.
• Work cooperatively with all staff to insure a comfortable and pleasant working environment that will be conducive to learning and will encourage safety and good relationships.
• Other duties as assigned by school administrator.
