St. Labre Indian School is searching for an Instructional Aide to assist teaching staff and supervise students during bus routes and activities.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate of Arts in Education or equivalent credits, with strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to the mission of Native American education.
Candidates must also possess a valid Montana driver's license and be able to work on a designated schedule.

FLSA Status: Nonexempt – 9 month position
Salary Grade: 5D ($14.30–$16.81–$19.93)/hour
Assists teaching staff with various instructional tasks and supervises students on bus routes and various activities by performing the following duties.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Education or 48 credits toward Bachelor of Science in Education (B.S.E.).
Valid Montana driver’s license.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is also required to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 20‑minute intervals) while supervising students. Climbing stairs is also required.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
