Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking an Instructional Aide to support the classroom teacher by working with individuals and small groups of students, providing physical help and emotional support to help them gain maximum benefit from the district’s special education program.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and able to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff, with understanding of diverse needs of children with disabilities.

Qualifications
