Position Goal

To plan for and conduct the On-site academic/enrichment activities for the Before and After School Care program, ensuring it is safe and enriching for participants.

Essential Performance Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Preferred experience working with school-age children in a supervision setting.
• Complete Child Abuse and Neglect training, and attain First Aid and CPR certification within the first year of employment, maintaining these certifications.
• Attend at least ten hours of approved Before and After School Child Care training within the first year, with ten additional hours required annually.
• Demonstrated appropriate personal characteristics for working with children, youth, and adults.
• Computer skills as needed for the position.
