Job summary

Tampa Bay Collective is hiring In-Store Sales Associates to represent client campaigns at retail locations across the Tampa area. You’ll work face-to-face with customers, introduce campaigns, answer questions, and turn conversations into results.

We provide the training — you bring the energy, communication skills, and willingness to improve. This is a full-time, in-person position in Tampa, FL with base pay plus performance earnings, plus ongoing coaching and development.
