Job summary

Tampa Bay Collective is expanding our events team and seeking an Events Assistant to get involved, meet people, and gain hands-on experience at live promotional events in the Tampa area.

This is a full-time, in-person role supporting customer-facing campaigns alongside an energetic team representing well-known brands.

You’ll engage customers, introduce offers, and help campaigns deliver a memorable experience while enjoying hands-on training and potential advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, retail, promotions, sales, or customer-facing work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment and meet targets.
• Comfortable engaging with new people and explaining offers.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with the daily setup and running of promotional events

Tampa Bay Collective is expanding our events team and looking for an Events Assistant who’s ready to get involved, meet new people, and build hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment.

This is a full-time, in-person role supporting live promotional events and customer-facing campaigns throughout the Tampa area. You’ll work alongside an energetic team representing well-known brands, engaging with customers, and helping each campaign deliver a strong experience.
