As an Institutional Relationship Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Enterprise Relationship Management team, serving as a trusted advisor to community banking partners. • Fundamental knowledge of fixed income and short-term interest rate markets a plus
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage relationships and resolve issues proactively
• High integrity, discipline, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel as needed (Northeast)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
