Job summary

First Citizens Bank's Wealth team delivers integrated banking, investment, insurance, and wealth solutions designed to support clients at every life stage. This role partners with Wealth associates on the management of large institutional investment clients, acting as the liaison for policy development, asset allocation, performance analysis, and reporting.

You will support servicing and growth through strong client service and investment acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in selling investment services with institutional clients.
• Series 65 license and CFA are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investment policy development, asset allocation, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management - Review client portfolios, identify risk, and propose changes to ensure policy compliance.
• Relationship Development - Manage satisfaction and retention, act as primary investment expert for inquiries and updates.
• Investment Expertise - Explain investment options, provide CMG insights, and train on initiatives and capabilities.
• Business Support - Develop new business opportunities with associates and support significant high net worth cases.
