Job summary

Community Assessment & Treatment Services is seeking a full-time Cook in Cleveland, Ohio, to prepare nutritious meals for Adult Residential clients. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in large batch cooking, knowledge of nutritional guidelines, and must hold a high school diploma and current ServSafe certification. Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience with large batch, institutional cooking.
• Must be able to pass a urine drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of nutritious meals for Adult Residential clients.
• Oversee clients in kitchen duties.
• Maintain inventory of food stocks and manage kitchen sanitation.
• Supervise volunteer residential clients and community service workers.

Skills
