Job summary

Summr Capital Management seeks an Investment Sales Associate to build relationships with partnerships and multi-member entities across Texas. You will work with general partners, managing members, and committees to introduce institutional investment solutions aligned with partnership structures and capital allocation strategies.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, licensing (State Life & Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 65), and a proven track record in institutional sales or business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Licensing required: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 65.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with partnership leadership.
• Track record of success in business development or institutional sales.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with partnership leadership and investment decision-makers across Texas.
• Educate partners on investment strategies tailored to partnership distributions, tax considerations, and collective capital strategy.
• Analyze partnership financials and objectives to position solutions that align with partnership agreements, distribution requirements, and long-term growth targets.
• Guide transaction execution from initial consultation through documentation, compliance, and ongoing relationship management.
• Navigate partnership-specific compliance including FINRA, SEC, and partnership agreement requirements.
