Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Consultant Relations Investment Analyst to coordinate and respond to investment data requests, RFPs/RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires. You will build external relationships with analysts and consultants while collaborating with internal partners across Asset Management, RFP Team and WI.

You will work within a team of relationship managers and analysts supporting institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services, institutional investment management or defined contribution/defined benefit markets.
• MBA or CFA progress preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts, asset classes and retirement plans.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Morningstar Direct and other web apps.
• Excellent project management; coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independent problem solver with sound business judgment.
• Ability to gather, interpret and synthesize investment data from varied sources.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams, departments and roles.
• Familiarity with Fidelity investment managers, market trends and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to ad hoc requests for investment data, RFPs/RFIs and due diligence questionnaires.
• Support consultants and analysts by providing detailed Fidelity product information, performance and portfolio data.
• Schedule, coordinate and participate in calls with portfolio managers and institutional clients.
• Assist in onsite due diligence meetings with CIOs and institutional portfolio managers.
• Collaborate with RFP Team to complete detailed RFPs/RFIs and questionnaires.
• Provide market perspectives and actionable feedback to CR and Asset Management teams.
