Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred).
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish; capable of conducting negotiations and complex business communications.
• Zero to two years of investment advisory, investment management, or related experience.
• Possesses fundamental knowledge of the investment and financial services industry.
• Experience with Bloomberg, PARis, Morningstar Direct, eVestment Alliance, or Envestnet.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately complete monthly and quarterly client performance reports.
• Assist with in-depth portfolio analysis regarding asset allocation, investment manager selection, and strategic implementation.
• Coordinates portfolio related projects (e.g. rebalancing) with client, custodian and investment manager(s) as needed.
• Participate in on-going due diligence of investment managers, including database documentation.
• Assist the consultant in all areas of client service and meeting preparation.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
