Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent education/experience.
• 3-7+ years of relevant experience in investment management, investment consulting, banking/custody, public finance, client service, or related field.
• Experience with investment portfolios, strategy, asset allocation, benchmarks, or related concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional workflows.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort in preparing professional client-facing materials and presentations.
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Institutional Investment Advisors with client relationship management and ongoing advisory activities.
• Coordinate routine client requests, follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with investment strategy documentation, portfolio materials, benchmarks, cash-flow assumptions, and approved allocation targets.
• Support preparation and review of Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and related materials.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, summary memos, exhibits, and other recurring or customized deliverables.
• Participate in client, investment strategy, policy, and operational meetings; document actions and coordinate follow-up.
• Assist with contract renewals, fee changes, procurement tracking, and related documentation.
• Support client onboarding, including account documentation, custodian requirements, portal access, and internal workflow coordination.
• Assist with RFPs, prospect tracking, market research, conference research, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate client records, CRM information, files, templates, and procedures.
• Identify workflow gaps, dependencies, process issues, and potential escalations.
• Work collaboratively with advisors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely client deliverables.
