UCLA College is seeking an Institutional Research Analyst to serve as the primary reporting and analysis resource for key academic indicators, faculty compensation and renewal, and financial reporting. • Knowledge of general and cost accounting principles and budgeting concepts.
• Thorough knowledge of UCLA policies and budgeting processes.
• Advanced skill in using spreadsheet and database software and constructing queries/reports via SQL.
• Expert user of UCLA's QDB and understanding of EDB distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main institutional reporting and analysis resource for UCLA College.
• Advise Associate Deans, Deans and Chairs on data definitions for reports.
• Administer the College's faculty FTE allocations and staffing roster.
• Build data tables for the College finance server and enable routinized reporting via web portal.
• Represent the Office of the Deans on committees and coordinate with Chancellor's Office and Registrar.
