Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Missouri license as Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• 4 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 5 years behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background investigation and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to behavioral health staff within the center.
• Develop, coordinate, promote and evaluate behavioral health services.
• Lead clinical staff in a correctional mental health unit.
• Ensure compliance with license and security requirements.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to serve as the Institutional Chief of Mental Health Services at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center located in Fulton, Missouri. The Institutional Chief of Mental Health Services provides supervision to behavioral health staff including social workers, professional counselors, Psychologists, clerical support, and other clinical staff as assigned. Responsibilities also include assisting with the development, implementation, coordination, promotion, and evaluation of behavioral health services within a correctional mental health unit.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
• Active Missouri license as Psychologist, LPC or LCSW required
• Active CPR and Basic Life Support Certification required
• Four years of supervisory experience preferred
• Five years of behavioral health experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance

Available Shift

Monday-Friday, Days, 8am-4:30 pm On-call rotation with stipend
