Socket.dev is seeking an Institutional Chief of Mental Health Services at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center in Fulton, MO. The role provides supervision to behavioral health staff and leads the development, coordination, and evaluation of mental health services within the correctional unit.

The position demands a master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling and an active Missouri license (Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Missouri license as Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• 4 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 5 years behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background investigation and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to behavioral health staff within the center.
• Develop, coordinate, promote and evaluate behavioral health services.
• Lead clinical staff in a correctional mental health unit.
• Ensure compliance with license and security requirements.
