Job summary

The Division of Adult Institutions is recruiting for an Institution Unit Supervisor (IUS) to lead the security, treatment, and daily living conditions of individuals in the unit at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, Wisconsin.

The IUS will supervise unit staff, coordinate disciplines, and help develop and monitor unit goals and policies as part of the institution management team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating a program (security, treatment, or related disciplines).
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supervising or leading staff, including directing work and handling disciplinary matters.
