Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of Card or related payment products experience.
• 5+ years working with payment third party vendors for core payments capabilities.
• 5+ years in product development, forecasting, business case development, strategic planning, project management and tactical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installments card business with strategy execution.
• Develop long-term strategic plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Align roadmap with senior leadership and company goals.
• Oversee development of new installments products and features.
• Drive go-to-market with cross-functional partners.
• Partner across the enterprise to implement new products.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Tech, and Risk.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust credit policies.
• Communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with vendors, networks, fintechs, and credit bureaus.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls.
