As a Field Tech at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
- Building seating structures at professional venues like stadiums, golf courses, and racetracks, often while watching live events.
- Full-time, predominantly on the road for 3-4 weeks at a time.
- Work environment mainly outdoors, in the sun and fresh air.
- Travel accommodations and hotel lodging are provided; typically two crew members per room.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building and dismantling scaffolds, installing ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assisting with the safe installation/removal of equipment according to plans.
- Inspecting scaffold components prior to assembly.
- Preparing construction sites by cleaning and removing debris.
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Studying plans and equipment lists before installation.
- Following safety protocols, including wearing safety equipment.
- Maintaining fall protection standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Ensuring client satisfaction with quality and timeliness.
- Performing other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Background check and drug screening are required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred, with a good driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers.
- Comfort with heights.
- Creative problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
- Capability to work overtime.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
