As a Field Tech at InProduction, here is what you can expect:

1. Building seating structures at professional venues like stadiums, golf courses, and racetracks, often while watching live events.
2. Full-time, predominantly on the road for 3-4 weeks at a time.
3. Work environment mainly outdoors, in the sun and fresh air.
4. Travel accommodations and hotel lodging are provided; typically two crew members per room.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Building and dismantling scaffolds, installing ladders, walkways, and handrails.
2. Assisting with the safe installation/removal of equipment according to plans.
3. Inspecting scaffold components prior to assembly.
4. Preparing construction sites by cleaning and removing debris.
5. Loading and unloading equipment and materials.
6. Studying plans and equipment lists before installation.
7. Following safety protocols, including wearing safety equipment.
8. Maintaining fall protection standards.
9. Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
10. Ensuring client satisfaction with quality and timeliness.
11. Performing other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Background check and drug screening are required.
2. Valid driver’s license preferred, with a good driving record.
3. Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers.
4. Comfort with heights.
5. Creative problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
8. Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
9. Capability to work overtime.
10. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
