Job summary

Builder Services Group, Inc. is looking for individuals to install spray foam insulation in Tabernash, Colorado. Team members will perform all necessary aspects of installing products, ensuring safety and quality at job sites while also handling related warehouse duties and inspections.

Qualified candidates should have experience in spray foam installation, be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.

• Perform all aspects of installing company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products include spray foam insulation and any other products sold by the company.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Carry out any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in spray foam installation.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.

Travel Requirements

Local travel required; out‑of‑town travel as needed.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products; climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand as needed; ladder climbing as required.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour (actual base salary will vary based on factors relevant to the position).
