About the role

We’re seeking skilled, reliable installers in roofing, gutters, and siding for immediate work. As an independent contractor, you’ll be responsible for completing high-quality installations according to industry standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and closing out jobs professionally. We offer pre-sold jobs, so you can focus on your craft without worrying about estimates or sales. If you’re an experienced installer with the right equipment, we want you on our team!

What you'll do

• Install roofing, siding, and/or gutter products in compliance with manufacturer and industry guidelines.
• Perform a final walkthrough with the customer, reviewing completed work and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean job site and uphold professionalism on every project.
• Collect final payment via check, cash, or credit card authorization form.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or exterior installations.
• Hands-on experience installing roofing, siding, and/or gutters.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• A reliable box truck, truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting ladders and materials.
• Valid driver’s license.
• General liability insurance and workers’ compensation policy.
• Adjustable ladders (up to 32’).
• Essential tools, including drills, chop saws, and snips.
