Position Summary:

Do you like to work with your hands and take pride in the quality you bring to your work? Look no further! We're Freedom Forever, a residential solar company known for safety, quality, and innovation. We're looking for motivated people who want an opportunity to build a career with us as a Solar Installer!

As a member of our branch operations team, you'll be working with a crew that performs residential solar system installations for our customers.

Job Duties:

1. Load and unload a company vehicle with project materials.
2. Bring materials to and from the roof (or other structure) for installation.
3. Assemble and install all solar roof components in an efficient and safe manner.
4. Ensure all work is performed with quality workmanship and in compliance with Freedom Forever policies and applicable codes (EX: NFPA-70/NEC, IRC).
5. Follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies.
6. Follow installation directions given by senior members of the crew.

Desired Qualifications:

1. At least one year of solar install experience is preferred.
2. Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
3. Experience and skills using power and hand tools.
4. Experience installing electrical components is a plus.
5. Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined areas.
6. Physically able to handle materials and equipment related to installation.
7. Able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
8. Provide quality customer service using written and verbal communication skills.
9. Arrive on time and do your best work every day.
10. Can work in various weather environments (EX: sun, heat, cold, rain, crawl spaces).
11. Must have a valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
12. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
