Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking installers to support window and door installs across residential and light commercial projects. The role requires loading materials, preparing openings, and installing units with attention to flashing details and safe handling of tools.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma, installation experience, and a valid driver’s license. Workplace safety, punctuality, and the ability to work with field teams are essential aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Window and door installation experience preferred.
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge and safe work practices in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and deliver product to satellite locations weekly.
• Locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet.
• Prepare openings for installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold.
• Perform basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap).
• Install proper flashing based on method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have: Valid Driver’s License, will be required to deliver product to satellite locations on a weekly basis.
• Able to locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet.
• Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold.
• Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap).
• Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction.

• Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32”
• Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging property
• Ability to install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim
• Ability to extract old windows and doors safely and without damaging property
• Knowledge of service parts, procedures, and product operations
• Audit all truck stock, tools, products without supervision
• Address installation concerns with FieldTechsorInstallationManager
• Maintains company vehicle in accordance with FleetPolicy
• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality
• Assist in delivering homeowner delight
• Other duties as assigned
• General warehouse support
• Provide technical measure functions when needed
• Provide service support as needed
• Provides directions to Installers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diplomaor equivalent experience
• Window and Door installation experience
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware
• Generalunderstanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments
• Safety knowledge of all equipment
• Properusageand understanding of PPE
• Valid Driver’s Licensewith ability to pass a fleet check

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Basic math skills, reading, and legible writing
• Proficient and safe with power tools, miter box, hand and air tools, and ladder safety

• CORO Safety and Compliance required training
• FirstAid/CPR – Every 2 years

PAY RANGE:

$22.68 - $34.02

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
