Rose Remodeling is seeking a skilled Installer to join our Sacramento/Bay Area team for residential remodeling projects. You will install flooring, drywall, trim, and acrylic wall systems, while performing basic plumbing and maintaining safety on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Installer or similar role in construction or remodeling.
• Strong skills in framing and finish carpentry.
• Drywall installation experience.
• Flooring installation experience.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Install components of residential remodeling projects (flooring, drywall, trim and finish carpentry, acrylic wall systems).
• Perform basic plumbing work related to installations.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project progress and issues.
