Ark Remodeling in Columbus, OH is offering an entry-level Installer Helper (Apprentice) role with hands-on training in bathroom remodeling. You’ll learn from experienced installers through a 1-year apprenticeship program, with potential to advance to Lead Installer.

You’ll assist with acrylic bath and shower installations, prepare job sites, operate tools safely, and help maintain a clean, respectful work area while protecting customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using construction tools and power tools is required
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the construction industry is preferred, ideally in bathroom remodeling, shower installations, residential remodeling, or similar hands‑on construction work
• This is an entry‑level apprentice position with plenty of room for growth, but applicants should be comfortable working with construction tools and have prior hands‑on construction experience
• Basic understanding of job site safety
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented

Previous acrylic bath installation experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
