Ark Remodeling in Columbus, OH is seeking an Installer Helper (Apprentice) to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and a clear path to Lead Installer through a 1-year apprenticeship.

You will assist with acrylic bath and shower installations, prep job sites, and learn safe installation techniques while working with a supportive crew.

Pay ranges from $175 to $250 per day based on experience, with opportunities to grow as you gain skills.

Qualifications

• Experience using construction tools and power tools is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the construction industry is preferred, ideally in bathroom remodeling, shower installations, residential remodeling, or similar hands-on construction work.
• This is an entry-level apprentice position with plenty of room for growth, but applicants should be comfortable working with construction tools and have prior hands-on construction experience.
• Basic understanding of job site safety.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acrylic bath and shower installations.
