MSS Solutions, LLC is hiring an Installer - Electrical to join our team in North Carolina. You will install and wire building control systems, read plans, and support the installation crew with a safety-first approach to daily tasks.

The role involves ensuring quality installation standards and assisting in troubleshooting while maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, residential or industrial electrical installations.
• Able to read and follow plans and drawings.
• Must be physically able to perform duties including lifting and working on lifts or ladders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Installation and wiring of building control systems.
• Support of installation team for Fire and Security if needed.
• Reading plans and drawings.
• Maintaining documented installation standards and practices.

• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 1+ years of experience and/or education in commercial, residential or industrial electrical systems
• Professionally present yourself.
• Must be able to work with various basic hand tools, follow directions and be able to read and write.
• Must be able to work on lifts and ladders.
• Must possess hand tools.,

• Regular and supervisory probation period required, if applicable.
• Random drug testing is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching, and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (maximum solo lift) and constant lifting to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC).
• Material Handling: Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and constant lifting up to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC).
• Must successfully pass a background check & drug test.

Work Environment: Exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, high noise intensity level, atmospheric conditions, exposure to electrical shock, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, wet and/or humid, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working high exposure places.
