Multi-Flow Industries is seeking a full-time Soda Installer and Customer Service Technician to install and service soda systems throughout the Northern NJ and NY area. You will work on fountain dispensers, carbonators, and related equipment, ensuring top-notch customer support and smooth installations.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, clean driving record, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Technical skills include basic plumbing, electrical wiring, and appliance repair.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lift up to 50–100 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and assemble new soda systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot soda systems including fountain dispensers and carbonators.
• Communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers.
• Train and learn installation and servicing of soda systems and equipment.
• Provide a high level of customer service during service calls.
• Support Route Delivery Driver activities as needed.
• Maintain organized parts inventory in the vehicle.

Multi-Flow Industries is looking for a full-time Soda Installer and Customer Service Technician. Our warehouse is located Carteret, NJ and you will be working throughout the Northern NJ and NY area.

At Multi-Flow Industries we specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of beverages used in the Food Service Industry. We are our customers one-stop-shop for all their bars and restaurant needs.

What the job entails:

• Deliver and assemble new soda systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot soda systems – including fountain dispensers, carbonators, ice-combination units and bag-in-box (BIB) syrup racks.
• Communicate findings of problems or issues: recommend solutions.
• Train and learn the installation and servicing of soda systems and equipment.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Provide Route Delivery Driver support as needed.
• Performs other duties as requested.
• Maintaining an organized parts inventory in the vehicle.

Requirements

What you need to be successful:

• Technical Skills: basic plumbing, electrical wiring, appliance repair.
• Tools: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, tubing cutters
• 1-3 years of Route Delivery Experience
• Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to work on ladders, under counters and inside cabinets.
