Job summary

TerraFirma in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Installer/Construction Laborer to join our experienced crew. You will perform hands-on labor, assist with product installations, and support field operations with safety and reliability.

This role offers a clear promotion path, paid training, and comprehensive benefits, with base pay of $22–$25 per hour plus bonuses, and opportunities to advance from Production Level 1 through leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, basements, and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license is preferred; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on labor: digging, backfilling trenches, and job site cleanup.
• Assist with product installations under Foreman direction, following approved methods.
• Load and unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Carry and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Work in crawlspaces and basements safely, and outdoors in all weather.
• Operate TerraFirma vehicles safely and represent us professionally.
