Job summary

Sure-Dry LLC in Wisconsin is seeking motivated applicants for a hands-on field role repairing foundations and crawl spaces at customer homes. You’ll learn construction skills on the job, work with an experienced crew, and see your results daily.

This is a Monday–Friday position with paid, hands-on training, health and dental insurance, a 401(k), boot allowance, and opportunities to grow. You don’t need prior experience—just reliability and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law).

Responsibilities

• Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems at customer homes.
• Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience.
• Take on new challenges at different job sites each day.
