Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, test systems, and clean up upon completion. Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license (non-restrictive).
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, back-filling trenches and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and deliver heavy materials to job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter confined spaces to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety and conduct.
• Foster teamwork and support project goals.
• Maintain professionalism and company reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• Report to work on time each working day.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.

• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.

• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.

• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.

• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.

• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications
