Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, and complete cleanup. Qualifications

• Prior construction exposure and ability to follow safety protocols.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, trench back‑filling, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and transport heavy materials to job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Access crawl spaces and basements for repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow company policies and uphold professional conduct.
• Support teammates to ensure project success and timely completion.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.

• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.

• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.

• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.

• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.

• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment

• Previous experience working in the construction industry

• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.

• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
