Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a hands-on Installer to install foundation and water management solutions at residential or commercial sites. You’ll work with experienced crews and benefit from training, equipment, and a stable career path in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will travel to job sites, perform installation tasks under supervision, and help with site cleanup. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial job sites to install equipment.
• Perform general construction labor tasks and assist with installation under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver materials up to 50 lbs to sites.
• Enter crawls spaces and basements for repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varied weather while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies on safety and conduct.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
