Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is hiring Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites to install foundation and water management solutions. You’ll work with experienced crews, learn via industry-leading training, and use provided tools and equipment to complete installations and troubleshoot issues.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities for career growth and participation in our Employee Ownership program.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements for repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, maintaining safety standards.
• Follow company policies and safety rules at all times.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism on site.
• Report to supervisors and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment
• Previous experience working in the construction industry
• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs

Work Conditions

• Walks and stand for long periods of time
• Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
