Job summary

Groundworks in California is hiring Installers to join our field teams and help deliver foundation and water management solutions. You will travel to residential and commercial sites, install equipment, troubleshoot issues, and clean up after each job, under supervision.

We value hands‑on labor, safety, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates should have construction experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Follow safety policies and maintain workplace conduct.
