Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites in Texas to install equipment and troubleshoot issues under supervision. You will support a team with installation tasks, perform site preparation, and ensure clean-up after completion.

The role emphasizes hands-on construction work, safety, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities for training and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Dig, back-fill trenches, and perform site clean-up as part of general labor.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and carry heavy materials to and from job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces or basements to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety policies.
