Groundworks is seeking Installers to join our field team in Oregon. You will travel to residential or commercial sites to install foundation and water management solutions, test equipment, and clean up after work.

You’ll work with experienced crews, receive strong training, and help ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes physical outdoor work, loading materials up to 50 lbs, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade tools and proper use of equipment.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company's reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

The anticipated salary range is the expected hiring range for this role in Oregon is $17.33 - $20.39. Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
