Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management equipment. You’ll troubleshoot issues, test systems, and complete clean-up after each job, contributing to reliable, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, on-site safety, and adherence to timelines. You’ll receive comprehensive training, tools and transportation to sites, and opportunities for advancement within a growing leader in foundation

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions following safety standards.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Support teamwork and contribute to project success.
• Report to work on time each day.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

The anticipated salary range is the expected hiring range for this role in Michigan is $20.00 - $21.00. Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
