Job summary

Groundworks is hiring Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites, install equipment, troubleshoot issues, test performance, and clean up after work is done. Ideal candidates will perform general construction labor, handle materials up to 50 lbs, and enter crawl spaces as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.

• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain safety standards.
• Support teammates to ensure project success and maintain professionalism.
