Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to join our team. You will travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, test systems, and perform post‑job cleanup.

You’ll work with experienced crews, receive top training, and contribute to projects that protect homes and families. Responsibilities include manual labor, loading materials, and following safety standards in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools used for installations.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, trenching, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Transport materials to job sites as needed.
• Enter crawl spaces/basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety standards.
• Follow supervisor instructions and company policies.
• Support teammates to ensure project success.
• Maintain professionalism and company reputation.
• Attend to additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Punctually report to work each day.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
