Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is hiring Installers to perform hands-on foundation and water management installations. You will work with experienced crews, using industry-leading training and equipment, on projects that protect home foundations across Michigan.

Role requires physical labor, adherence to safety rules, and teamwork. The position offers competitive base pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within an award-winning company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

The anticipated salary range is the expected hiring range for this role in Michigan is $14.45 - $17.00. Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
