Job summary

Groundworks in Oregon is seeking Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites and install foundation and water management equipment. You will assist with installations, troubleshoot issues under supervision, and test performance while performing heavy lifting and site cleanup. Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment.
• Assist with product installation and troubleshoot issues under supervision.
• Test installed systems and perform post‑work cleanup.
• Perform general construction tasks: digging, backfilling trenches, site prep.
• Load and unload materials up to 50 lbs and transport to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces/basements as needed for repairs and access.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining safety standards.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism and company reputation.
